JOHN BOLAÑOS
M.Sc MINING GEOLOGIST (QP)
Geologist with experience in all phases and methods of exploration and ore deposits evaluation.
M.Sc. Mining Geology from the University of Exeter (England) and Master of Camborne School of Mines (M.C.S.M.) U.K. (1995); P. Eng. Geology graduated from the Central University of Ecuador (Honors Degree – Gold Medal Best Student, 1992); Registered Member (Qualified Person) of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration of the USA (SME), Member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), Fellow of the Geological Society of London.
Thirty years of experience in geology, mining exploration, ore deposits evaluation and development of mining projects in North, central and South America. Administration of mining companies, Consulting Geologist, Exploration Manager, General Manager, Vice-president of Exploration for multinational mining companies. Participated in the discovery of World Class hard rock and placer ore deposits, QA&QC procedures, operational mining systems and performance with international standards. Participated in, and familiar with Initial Public Offerings on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Additional experience on building mining properties portfolios with potential, NI 43-101 reporting, exploration and operational budgets. Experience with the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Career includes work with British Geological Survey-Ecuador in regional and local geological projects, geochemistry and economic geology. Coauthor of the geological and metallogenic maps of Ecuador. University professor for geology, evaluation of ore deposits and geo-statistics (1995-1996).

RICHARD JEMIELITA
Ph.D. ECONOMIC GEOLOGIST(QP)
Thirty-four years of experience as an independent consulting geologist for, and in senior positions with, multinational mining companies worldwide. Responsible for global to regional-scale reviews and targeting, project generation, prospect and submittal evaluations and staff mentoring on a range of gold, base metals and other metals deposits types. Particularly experienced with gold and base metals deposits in Andean/Cordilleran and Archaean shield terrains especially low, intermediate and high sulphidation epithermal gold-silver, porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum and related skarns, Carlin-style gold and orogenic lode gold deposits. Also familiar with iron oxide-copper-gold, carbonate-hosted zinc-lead-silver, volcanic-hosted polymetallic massive sulphide deposits. Author of numerous unpublished company reports, geological survey reports, and papers published in international peer reviewed scientific journals and presentations at professional conferences.

DARWIN REVELO
COMMUNICATION AND COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS EXPERT
Graduate in Social Communication, with a mention in written press, graduated from the Central University of Ecuador, International Diploma “Journalism and Environment” completed at the José Marrtí International Institute of Journalism in Havana Cuba, with knowledge of “key” electoral campaign strategies for a successful campaign, principles and tools for success” held at The George Washington University, The Graduate School Of Political Management, Washington Dc – United States. Diploma in National Defense Correspondent Specialization Course from the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, knowledge of Mobilization Planning and Social Communication for the Prevention and Control of Dengue, held at the Universidad del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia. Member of the National Union of Journalists of Ecuador UNP, part of its board of directors. He has more than 30 years of training.
His experience has focused on organizational communication and public relations, he has been National Director of Social Communication of the Ministry of Public Health, Advisor to the Vice Minister of Health on Political communication issues and has managed the internal and external communication of public entities such as the Ex Hydrocarbon Regulation and Control Agency ARCH, Former Technical Secretariat for Comprehensive Drug Prevention SETED, Former State Center for Medicines and Medical Supplies CEMEIM, Provincial Health Directorate of Pichincha, Children’s Hospital in Guayaquil, Dermatological Hospital in Quito, Health Districts and in zonal coordination 8 health.
Among some of the achievements obtained, they received a diploma of appreciation from the Pan American Health Organization PAHO, winner of the Communication Plan for Behavioral Impact “COMBI”, the same one that is being implemented in the island province of Galapagos. Recognitions by national authorities of the Ministries of Health MSP, for participation as a speaker and support in the “First Workshop Challenges and Proposals from Communication and Education for the Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis Ecuador” and for the support provided during the II Meeting of Ministers of the South American Health Council and Coordinating Committee of UNASUR and the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion MIES.

CARLOS MONCAYO
EXPLORATION AND MINING ENGINEERING
Carlos Moncayo graduated in 1993 from the University Central of Ecuador, has over 29 years of experience in exploration, primarily focused in South America and North America (Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Honduras, USA) and on precious and base metal deposits. He has worked as a consulting geologist / Exploration Manager to a large number of intermediate and senior mining companies including Gold Fields South Africa, IAMGOLD Ltda, Andean Gold Ltda. Ascendant Exploration, Ascendant Copper, Copper Mesa, Rio Perdido Gold Ltda, Mercer Gold, Gold, Colombia Crest Gold S.A, ELIPE S.A, Challenger Exploration, Ecuador Mining S.A / Torata Mining Resources etc.
He has focused his attention on the identification of and investment in large resource exploration projects. He has experience in managing all aspects of exploration which include Au-Cu, Cu-Mo porphyry deposits, epithermal low/high sulphidation, skarn, V.M.S, I.O.C.G, P.G.E deposits, etc. in a variety of countries through grass root exploration to discovery stage.
Additionally to his university degree, he has a diploma in mining management as well as a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialization in Mining Management and is currently in the process of obtaining the qualified person certificate (QP) granted by the Society of Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME) of the United States of America

ANDRES ALDAZ
MINING ENGINEER EXPERT IN ESTIMATION OF MINING RESOURCES AND RESERVES
Andrés Aldaz is a Mining Engineer graduated from the Central University of Ecuador, with a Master’s Degree in Mining with a mention in Mining Planning. His profile is distinguished by a solid academic background supported by a series of specialization courses, among them, those focused on geological modeling, calculation of resources and mineral reserves, as well as the use of ArcGIS Pro applied to engineering, are also training on the use and handling of explosives.
His professional experience has focused on several key areas, including:

ANA CRUZ
MINING ENGINEER EXPERT IN MINING PROPERTIES EVALUATION AND ECONOMY
Mining Engineer graduated from the Central University of Ecuador, member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME) of the USA, of the Women in Mining Ecuador Community, team leader of the comMINEnity association, and member of the research grouo Geo-technologies applied to Earth Sciences from Central University of Ecuador. Proficiency in the English language, certified as C2 Proficienct through the EF SET Certificate.
Her experience has focused on the application of remote sensors for the mining industry, programming for applied remote sensing, multidisciplinary approach for technical-economic assessment of mining projects under international regulations, technical reports (NI 43-101); as well as, valuation of investment projects for mining properties in Latin America.
Among some of the works in which she has participated, Project Pacto (ENAMI), Project Isimanchi (Empresa Nacional Minera-ENAMI), Project La Tronera (ENAMI), and El Guayabo (“Torata Mining Resources”) stand out.
